Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a pizza pan or baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.

Step 4
Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture, and beat until fully combined.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a soft dough forms.
Step 6
Press the dough evenly into a round shape on the prepared pizza pan, about 1/4-inch thick.
Step 7
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.

Add toppings.
