Instructions

Step 1
Shell and roughly chop the pistachios and set aside.
Step 2
Rinse the Brussels sprouts and pat dry with a paper towel. Once dry, thinly slice and set aside.
Step 3
Cook the bacon on the stove in a large frying pan set over low heat. Cook the bacon until it's crispy, but not too crispy. Once the bacon is cooked, transfer to paper towels.
Step 4
Throw the Brussels sprouts into the same pan used to cook the bacon and increase the heat to medium-high.
Step 5
Once the sprouts start to brown a bit, add the pistachios. Stir for about a minute, then remove from the heat and set aside.
Step 6
Season the beef with salt and pepper, and form 4 patties. Cook the patties in the same pan used for the bacon and Brussels, and cook to desired doneness.
