Instructions
Step 1
Slice sweet potatoes and onions thinly
Step 2
cut leeks and onion into 1.5" chunks
Step 3
core and slice lettuce into long strips
Step 4
cut chicken into bite size pieces
Step 5
marinate chicken thighs in 1 tbs sake or vinegar
Step 6
stir fry leeks and sweet potato in oil until lightly roasted
Step 7
add in chicken, cabbage, and onion and stir fry until you see color and water coming out of cabbage, add your sauce
Step 8
once there is a good soup, turn down the heat to medium low and add in your rice cake. Cook for ~15 min or until sweet potato is fork tender
