Instructions
Step 1
In a saucepan, bring water or almond milk to a boil.
Step 2
Add the oats and reduce the heat. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the oats have absorbed the liquid and are creamy.
Step 3
Spoon the porridge into bowls and top with Greek yoghurt, honey, chopped mixed nuts, and a sprinkle of cinnamon (if desired).
