Step 1
Add salt to pot and wait for water to boil and add the pasta. Cut up the smoked bacon into small pieces add to a pan to cook. While the bacon and pasta is cooking separate 2 yolks and add 2 whole eggs to a bowl and beat the eggs until well mixed. Once done grate Parmesan and add to a separate bowl. Once the pasta and bacon has been cooked add the pasta to the bowl with the beaten eggs quickly add in the oil and bacon mix well and slowly add in Parmesan. Serve with garlic bread and can add parsley to the top as you please.
