Instructions

Step 1
Heat a pan and add oil to it.
Step 2
Add chopped garlic and onions and sauté until slightly soft and fragrant.
Step 3
Add mushrooms and cook until they release all their water and become dry.
Step 4
Add salt and black pepper and cook until everything is well combined.
Step 5
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and mix in cream cheese until fully combined.
Step 6
Take a rice paper sheet, cut it into 4 sections (each section makes one dumpling). Wet it in water for about 30 seconds until soft.
Step 7
Place some filling in the center and fold to form a dumpling.
Step 8
Lightly grease your steamer.
Step 9
Place the dumplings in the steamer and steam for 8–10 minutes.
Step 10
Remove and top with chili oil.
Step 11
Mix soy sauce with chilli oil or use any dip of your choice. Serve hot
