Step 1
In a medium pot, bring bone broth, ginger, and allulose to a gentle boil. Add the tumeric.
Stir your cornstarch slurry and slowly pour it into the boiling broth and stir for a minute or so.
Turn the heat down to a slow simmer. Use a spoon to stir the soup in a circular motion to create a whirlpool.
Slowly drizzle the beaten eggs into the swirling broth in avery thin stream. Let them set for 20 seconds before gently stirring to break them into silky ribbons.
Remove from heat and stir in a bit of sesame oil. Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.
