Instructions

Step 1
Heat 1 tablespoon of avocado oil in Dutch oven. Add 3 pounds of ground turkey. Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon of avocado oil in wok. Add four bags of cabbage and broccoli mixture to the wok. Thinly slice the yellow onion and add to the vegetables. Add fresh minced garlic to the vegetables. Add 4 ounces of coconut amino to the vegetables add 2 ounces of rice vinegar to the vegetables.
Step 2
To the turkey, at a half a tablespoon of salt, half tablespoon of garlic powder, half tablespoon of dried minced onion.
Step 3
when turkey is cooked through and vegetables are tender and cooked, add cooked meat into the vegetables. Had a half a tablespoon of salt to total mixture. Add two additional ounces of coconut aminos. Stir very well. Serve in a bowl. Optional, add 1/2a tablespoon of coconut oil, stir well to melt and coat mixture.
