Instructions

Step 1
Prepare the Base: In a small pot, combine the shredded chicken (including the juice from the can), 1 cup of extra water, and a dash of sea salt.

Boil: Bring the mixture to a rolling boil over medium-high heat.

Season the Broth: Once boiling, stir in the ramen seasoning packet, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, lemon pepper, and cayenne pepper.

Cook Noodles: Add the ramen noodles to the boiling seasoned broth. Cook for approximately 3 minutes, or until the noodles reach your desired tenderness.
Step 5
Garnish & Serve: Pour the ramen into a bowl. Top with a sliced ajitama egg, a handful of green onions, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
