In June 2010 we held a 'Winter Warmers' evening for the mainly music Mum's. This is one of the recipes we were given by Elaine Scurr.

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven. Pop the flour, baking powder, salt & butter into a food processor and whizz to 'rub' the butter into the flour. Add the milk, a little at a time, until it automatically forms into a ball in the food processor. Turn ball of dough out onto a floured board. Knead a little, roll out with a rolling pin so a little thinner, and spread the filling mix on the dough, leaving one edge for joining area, roll up, cut and cook. If you're filling is likely to stick or run, suggest you cook on baking paper on the try.
PIZZA SCONE: Cut into rectangular pieces and top with assorted pizza-type toppings. Cook as per usual. Keep edges clear.
