Instructions

1. PREPARE THE COUSCOUS:

Step 1
Add 90g couscous to a bowl

Pour over ~110ml boiling water
Step 3
Cover and let sit for 5 minutes

Fluff with a fork

Let it cool completely (important for meal prep)

2. COOK THE BEEF:

Heat a pan over medium-high heat

Add 6ml olive oil

Add 180g lean beef

Season the beef with 1g salt, 1g black pepper, 2g paprika

Cook for 5–7 minutes until browned

Remove from heat

Let it cool, then slice or crumble

3. PREPARE VEGETABLES:

Dice 100g bell pepper

Dice 100g tomato

4. MAKE THE SAUCE:

Mix 120g quark, 8g honey, 1g paprika, 2g garlic powder, 1g salt and 1g black pepper in a bowl

Stir until smooth and creamy

5. ASSEMBLE THE BOWL:

Add couscous to your container

Add cooked beef on top

Add chopped vegetables

Drizzle remaining 7ml olive oil over everything

Add the sauce (on top or mixed through)

6. STORAGE:

Store in fridge up to 2–3 days

Eat cold → flavors get even better after a few hours
