Instructions

1. Preheat oven:

Preheat oven to 180°C (fan: 170°C)

2. Prep bananas:

Let frozen banana slices soften for 5–10 min

Mash with a fork (or blend for smoother texture)

3. Mix wet ingredients:

Put the eggs + quark + milk + honey + peanut butter in a large bowl

Mix until smooth

4. Add dry ingredients:

Stir in: oats + baking powder

Add mashed banana

Mix into a thick batter

5. Transfer to baking dish:

Use a medium oven dish

Lightly grease if needed

Bake for 25–30 minutes

7. Cool & portion:
