canola oil, vegetable oil, or applesauce

¾ tspapple cider vinegar
lemon juice

½ cupmaple syrup
honey, brown sugar, sugar

½ cupbanana
ripe

½ cupcanned pumpkin
unsweetened, if pumpkin is watery add 1/4 to 1/2 cup more

½ cupsweet potato
mashed cooked, canned sweet potato
