For the icing

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C .
Add all the ingredients ( except for the cinnamon ) to a blender.
Step 2
Blend everything together
Step 3
Separate a ⅓ or ½ of the blend in a mixing bowl .
Step 4
In the mixing bowl add the cinnamon
Step 5
Use a bowl that can go into the oven ( spray with spray&cook ) and pour both the normal mixture in with the cinnamon mixture .
Step 6
Bake for 25 - 30 minutes in oven or until desired texture is achieved .
