Step 1
In large skillet, heat 1½ tablespoons olive oil over medium heat.
Step 2
Add 3 carrots and ¼ head red cabbage. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until tender.
Step 3
Add 6 springs green onions, 2 garlic cloves, and 1 tablespoon ginger. Then, cook for about one minute until fragrant.
Step 4
Season mixture with 2 tablespoons fish sauce, 1½ tablespoons rice vinegar, and 1 tablespoon sriracha.
Step 5
Add 1 pound ground pork and sauté until fully cooked and no longer pink.
Step 6
Serve topped with sesame seeds.
