Schezwan tofu and brussel sprouts pita bread

pan fried tofu cubes and brussel sprouts in olive oil with salt and pepper, then add marinara sauce like 3-5 tbsp and 3/4 tbsp schezwan chutney, add some water. Let cook until thickens. Turn off heat add lemon juice and sesame seeds. Cut pita in half, spread yogurt based cuke/avocado tangy sauce inside, put tofu mix in there. Eat with cucumbers on side and dahi boondi with honey as dessert.
