Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of water to a boil, season with 1 tbsp salt, add the spaghetti, and cook for 8–10 minutes.
Step 2
Peel and chop the garlic, cut the bacon into cubes, slice the mushrooms, and chop the parsley.
Step 3
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the bacon while stirring until crispy.
Step 4
Add the mushrooms and garlic to the pan and cook until the mushrooms are softened.
Step 5
Add the cream cheese and mirin and cook on low heat until the cheese has melted, then add the pasta and parmesan and mix until the sauce coats the spaghetti, season with salt and pepper, and stir in the parsley.
Step 6
Divide the pasta onto plates and serve.
