Instructions

Step 1
Chop chicken & bacon into small chunks, fry off until sealed
Step 2
Remove chicken & bacon from pan. Chop veggies and add to pan cook until soft. Add herbs & tinned tomatoes, season to taste with salt & pepper continue to cook until the tomatoes are not watery.
Step 3
Meanwhile cook the pasta until just tender
Step 4
Once everything is cooked through drain pasta mix with the chicken and sauce add 1/2 the cheese mix and transfer to a casserole dish then top with the rest of the cheese and cook until the cheese on top has melted and the food is piping hot
