Instructions

Step 1
Blanch tomatoes in boiling water and remove skin and core. Rough chop and place in a colander to drain.
Step 2
Put tomatoes, DICED jalapenos, DICED garlic, DICED red onion in the food processor and chop briefly until a smooth but slightly chunky consistency exists (a few pulses and maybe 5 seconds a full)
Step 3
Mix in remaining ingredients. Let sit in a fridge overnight if possible. Serve with nacho chips.
Step 4
Yields about 6x 250ml jars
