Instructions
Make the dough
Step 1
combine your yoghurt, flour, and salt in a bowl until a dough is formed *best ratio*: 1 part yoghurt 2 parts flour
Step 2
butter a frying pan on medium heat
Step 3
place your dough into the pan flip the dough when you can comfortably fit your spatula under it without any sticking
Step 4
spread your pizza sauce on the dough, top it with your cheese and any toppings you desire
Step 5
place a lid on the pan and turn down the stove to low, intermittently check your pizza until the cheese is comfortably melted
Step 6
once your cheese is ready and the bottom is cooked, remove the pizza from the stove
