Instructions

Step 1
Boil potatoes til tender (about 12 to 15 minutes). Cut into bite size pieces.
Step 2
Blanch asparagus and peas for 2 to 3 minutes, then rinse with cold water.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine potatoes, asparagus, peas and radishes.
Step 4
Whisk dressing ingredients together and toss with the salad.
Step 5
Sprinkle fresh herbs on top and serve slightly warm or chilled.
