Sugar Free Frozen Yogurt

Summer means ice cream right? But with health goals in mind, it's hard to both have your cake and eat it too. But you can with this recipe! This sugar free frozen yogurt is also lower in both fat and calories than traditional ice cream or fro-yo. It's also higher in protein and fiber than any other frozen treat you've ever had!

Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, beat together the yogurt with a hand mixer on medium speed for about 2 minutes to incorporate as much air as possible
Step 2
Add in your vanilla, vodka, inulin, and salt. Beat until fully combined
Step 3

Slowly beat in the allulose until fully mixed
Step 4

Slowly beat in the cocoa powder until fully mixed
Step 5

Transfer the frozen yogurt to a wide and flat airtight container, and freeze
Step 6

Every half an hour, churn the fro-yo by mixing with a silicone spatula. Do this 6 times for a total of 3 hours
Step 7

Store in the freezer. Let it sit out for 15 minutes before scooping and serving
