Lighter Mayo Substitute
2 steps
Prep:5min
Standard bottles of mayonnaise are filled with cheap and inflammatory vegetable oils, sugar, preservatives, and artificial ingredients. Instead, make this healthy swap in all your mayo-based dishes, like potato salad, deviled eggs, macaroni salad, French Onion dip, and tuna salad. The secret is Greek yogurt, which is low and fat and high in protein, making this mayo significantly lower in calories
