Instructions
Prepare Cucumber
Step 1
Peel cucumber and grate on cheese grater on the coarsest side.

Step 2
Put in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and 1 tbs of white wine vinegar. Toss and set aside until it has release some liquid.



Mix Yoghurt
Step 3
Combine yoghurt, finely grated garlic, 2 tbs of white wine vinegar and olive oil.
Step 4
Mix until combined and creamy.
Combining It All
Step 5
Add the cucumber to a towel and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
Step 6
Add the cucumber to the yogurt mix.
Step 7
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 8
Optionally add some finely chopped dill.
