Step 1
Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Beat egg with milk and salt free seasoning and pour into skillet. Swirl to spread egg, plob tortilla on top. Flip over, adding a little more butter, top with cheese and hot sauce ( and any veggies). Cook til crisp, fold over and move to plate. Cut into 4 pieces.
