Marinade
250gTVP
1 TbspGinger garlic paste
1 tspCoriander powder
Turmeric
3 TbspVegan Yoghurt
1 ½ tspChilli powder
1 tspPaprika
1 tspGaram masala
salt
to taste

Instructions
TVP Preparation
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients above, and coat the prepared TVP (flash boiled, drained, pressed, fried). Fry them a bit together.
Curry Preparation
Step 2
1) Fry cumin seeds
Step 3
2) Add onions – fry until soft
Step 4
3) Add spices (coriander powder, chilli powder, garam masala)
Step 5
4) Add garlic and ginger paste
Step 6
5) Add tomato paste
Step 7
6) Add chopped tomatoes
Step 8
7) Add TVP and let it summer in the mix
Step 9
8) Add water and cream (extra yoghurt and cream are nice to add)
Step 10
9) Salt to taste + top with fresh coriander
