Ingredients

24Shrimp
Medium
2 CupsCabbage
White, Shredded
1onion
4eggs
sugar
celery salt
pepper
corn starch
sesame oil
soy sauce
2 boxesRice Roni-Rice Pilaf
Instructions
Step 1
In large mixing pot, mix a little over a half cup of water with a little over 1/4 cup of corn starch (mix first or it will clump with other ingredients)
Step 2
Mix in 4 eggs thoroughly
Step 3
Mix in 2 cups of shredded cabbage. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
Step 4
Unthaw 24 to 28 frozen shrimp under cool water. Drain and peel tails off from shrimp. Cut each shrimp in 3 sections.

Cut onion
Step 6
Heat frying pan with oil - just enough to cover the bottom of the pan.
Step 7
Add shrimp and onions in pan just below medium heat.
Step 8
Heat until shrimp starts to turn color.
Step 9
Remove shrimp and onions and place in separate bowl to cool. Need to cool mixture so that it will not cook the eggs when added to the egg mixture.
Step 10
Add shrimp and onions to the pot with eggs and cabbage. Mix thoroughly.
Step 11
Add a bit more oil to the frying pan. Use a big plastic spoon to scoop mixture and place into the frying pan. Spoon 3 patties at a time.
Step 12
Cook for approximately 2 mins each side until brown.
Step 13
Set finished patties on separate plate and keep warm.

PREPARE RICE:

2 boxes of Rice Roni - Rice Pilaf: To prepare: Follow directions on the box.

GRAVY RECIPE

In same frying pan, add 2 cups of chicken broth. Two tablespoons of soy sauce. 1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar.
Step 18
Have mixture come to a boil on medium heat
Step 19
As the mixture is coming to a boil, in a bowl mix 5 teaspoons of corn starch. 5 tablespoons of water. 3 teaspoons of sesame oil. Mix well.
Step 20
Slowly stir the mixture into the frying pan while constantly stirring.
