Ingredients
2 servings
For the marinade
1 Tbspolive oil
380gtuna steaks
1 sprigfresh rosemary
leaves only, chopped
1clove of garlic
chopped
1 Tbspfresh lemon juice
For the salad
Instructions
Step 1

Place the tuna on a plate, drizzle with the olive oil and lemon juice, then sprinkle on top the chopped rosemary leaves and garlic. Flip them a couple of times to ensure that both sides are coated, then cover with cling film and marinate them in the fridge for at least 1/2 hour.
Step 2

While the fish marinated, add the olive oil, mustard, honey, salt and pepper to a jar and shake well to make a homogeneous emulsion.
Step 3

Add the beans, tomatoes, onion and rocket to a bowl. Add the dressing from the jar and toss until ingredients are well mixed and evenly coated with the dressing. Then add half of the salad to the center of the 2 plates you'll serve this on.
Step 4

Heat the griddle (cast iron is best) until it starts to smoke, then add the tuna straight from the marinade, with the garlic and rosemary still on it. Cook for 1 1/2 minutes without touching it so you get tidy griddle marks on it.
Step 5

Flip and cook the fish on the other side for 1 1/2 minutes.
Step 6

Remove the tuna immediately from the griddle and plate it on top of the salad. Serve right away. Enjoy!
