Brown and cook meat then set aside then fry, onions garlic with a generous amount of either olive oil grapeseed or avocado oil once translucent add carrots cabbage ground meat then all the sauces and Ginger let simmer on medium for possibly 10-15 minutes slice up green onions, add them in the last 5 minutes add garnish with sesame seeds optional
