Step 1
Heat up oil, Fry diced garlic and onion for 4-5 mins

Add grated ginger (optional) Add curry powder, fish powder and salt, fry for 1 min
Step 3
Add 1-2 cups boiling water
Add tamarind paste (in water) (optional) and tomato (optional)
Cook for 10 minutes
Step 4
Add sardines (cleaned) and tomato sauce Cook for 10 minutes
