14.75 ozcan cream corn
1 cupcorn
fresh cut
1 cupyellow onion
chopped
2garlic cloves
chopped
1 cupcelery
chopped
1 cupriced cauliflower
½ cupred pepper
chopped
4 sliceshickory smoked bacon
1 servingshrimp
small, cooked
4 ozcream cheese
cubbed
1 cupunsweetened almondmilk
1 tspchicken
2fresh thyme sprigs
good sized

Instructions
Step 1
First fry chopped bacon until just starting to brown, add garlic,& thyme leaves for aromatics. Then add celery & onion . Saute about 3-5 mins.
Step 2
Add regular corn and riced cauliflower. Cook for 2 mins . Add cream corn, milk, cream cheese stir and let simmer to thicken about 20 mins.
Step 3
Stir constantly to keep from sticking. Add chicken better than bouillon. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add red peppers, small shrimp let simmer 5 mins placing Large shrimp on top.
