Step 1
Wash the salad and slice the tomato. Grill the bacon until very crispy, then let it cool and crumble it into small pieces.
Step 2
Season the chicken breast with salt and black pepper, then grill until fully cooked and lightly golden. Slice it into strips.
Step 3
Brush the bread slices with a little olive oil and grill them in the same pan until crisp and golden, then cut them into croutons.
Step 4
Arrange the salad and tomato on a plate, then add the grilled chicken, crispy bacon, and croutons on top.
Step 5
Finish with a thin layer of mayonnaise over the salad and serve immediately.
