Instructions

Step 1
1. Cook the pasta

* Boil in salted water until al dente.
Step 3
* Save some pasta water before draining.
Step 4
2. Cook the chicken

* Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and a little chili if you like.

* Cook in a non-stick pan (you can skip oil if your pan is good) for 5–7 minutes until golden and cooked through.

* Remove from heat.

3. Make the Alfredo sauce blending: * cottage cheese * Parmesan * garlic * a splash of pasta water * black pepper * a pinch of salt

Blend until completely smooth.

4. Combine

* Put the chicken back on low heat.
Step 12
* Add the drained pasta.
Step 13
* Add the sauce.
Step 14
* Slowly add pasta water until silky.
Step 15
⚠️ Keep the heat low after adding cottage cheese or it can become grainy.
