Step 1
Season the salmon with salt, black pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice, then wrap it in foil and steam gently until cooked through.
Step 2
Cook the rice until tender and fluffy. Steam or boil the bimi broccoli until just soft but still slightly crisp.
Step 3
Warm the teriyaki sauce in a small pan or microwave until smooth and slightly fluid.
Step 4
Serve the rice and sprinkle with sumac. Place the salmon and bimi on the plate, then finish with teriyaki sauce, sesame seeds, and finely sliced spring onion.
