Step 1
Mix the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and salt together in a bowl until fully combined.

Place the mixture into a strainer lined with paper towels or cheese cloth and wrap it tightly.

Add some weight on top and place it in the fridge overnight to let the excess liquid drain out.

The next day, unwrap it and you’ll be left with a thick homemade cream cheese consistency.
