Creamy asparagus pasta

Creamy Lemon Asparagus Linguine Ingredients: * ½ lb (225g) Linguine * 1 bunch Asparagus tips * ½ cup (120ml) Double cream * 1 Lemon (zested and juiced) * ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated * ½ tsp Dried herbs * 2 tbsp Butter or olive oil * 2 cloves Garlic, minced * Salt and black pepper Instructions: 1. Cook the linguine in salted boiling water. Reserve ½ cup pasta water before draining. 2. Sauté asparagus tips in butter/oil for 3 minutes over medium-high heat with salt and pepper. 3. Turn heat to medium-low. Add garlic for 30 seconds, then stir in double cream, lemon zest, and dried herbs. Simmer for 1 minute. 4. Toss in the drained linguine and lemon juice. Mix for 1 minute. Add pasta water if too thick.
