Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
Step 2
Mix all crust ingredients together in a bowl with a fork until combined.
Step 3
Pour onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and spread into a thin circle (about 20–25 cm in diameter). The mixture will seem thin—that's normal.
Step 4
Bake for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Remove from the oven and carefully peel the crust off the baking paper if needed. Place it back on the tray.
Step 6
Spread over the marinara sauce and top with the mozzarella.
Step 7
Bake for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly and the edges are golden.
Step 8
Garnish with fresh basil, slice and enjoy.
