Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°. While oven is preheating, dice all veggies.
Step 2
Place olive oil, feta, veggies (except spinach), and garlic into a 9×13 baking dish. Bake at 400° for 30-35 minutes.
Step 3
While veggies bake, cook pasta according to package directions. Cut the chicken sausages into coins and brown them in a large pan.
Step 4
When pasta and veggies are done, at them into the pan with the cooked chicken sausages. Add the spinach into the pan and stir together until combined and spinach is wilted.
