Instructions
Step 1
• Pound your chicken breasts thin . Drizzle Avocado oil over top, and season both sides with all listed seasonings. Press the seasonings into the chicken. Warm a large pan over medium heat & cook your chicken.
Step 2
Cut and coat potatoes in oil and generously season with the listed seasonings. Air fry at 425 for 35 minutes, flipping halfway
Step 3
Mix ingredients for the bruschetta topping & let it chill in the fridge until needed.
Step 4
• Slice your chicken, and line a baking sheet with foil. Place your sliced chicken on the baking sheet & sprinkle the mozzarella over top. Broil on LOW for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted! Be sure to watch closely so the cheese doesn't burn.
