3-4 tbsp tofu paste (add bit by bit until you have a scraggly dough)
- sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic sliced
1 small red onion chopped
1 tbsp gochujang
remaining tofu paste
1/3 cup pasta water
2 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
salt to taste
