Instructions
Step 1
Heat a dry, non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat (no oil needed).
Step 2
Fry the halloumi slices for 2 minutes on each side until a deep golden-brown crust forms.
Step 3
Warm the flatbreads in a toaster or under the grill for 1 minute.
Step 4
Spread a tablespoon of hot sauce or sweet chili sauce across each warm flatbread.
Step 5
Top with mixed salad greens, sliced avocado, and the hot crispy halloumi, then fold and serve.
