How to Make Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats
Step 1
Add the rolled oats and almond milk to a mason jar or small bowl.
Step 2
Add the pumpkin puree, chia seeds, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, sea salt, and protein powder or Greek yogurt if using.
Step 3
Stir thoroughly until everything is evenly combined and no dry pockets remain.

Cover the jar or bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for the best texture.
Step 5
Stir the oats again before serving.
Step 6
Add a splash of almond milk if the mixture has become too thick.
