In order to get the most out of your linseeds, place them in a small bowl of water for a minimum of 1 hour, though overnight would be best.

Your linseeds have drawn in the water, now they will be easier to digest and give more nutrients.

The Porridge

Choose your oats, they can be any type, gluten free, black oats, you can even choose barley if you want!

Put the chosen oats in a pot and then add at maximum 2 tablespoons of linseed per person. !Do not add more, linseeds release hydrogen cyanide (aka prussic acid) when chewed, 1-2 tablespoons is within the safe threshold.

Now cook until your oats are ready, this depends on what type of oat you chose.
