60grolled oats
blitzed fine

1 tspdried Italian seasoning
½ tspsalt

marinara sauce

500gmarinara sauce
low-sugar jarred
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan). Line a baking tray with parchment.
Combine turkey, oats, egg, parmesan, garlic, Worcestershire, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix gently.
Roll into 24 meatballs (about 35g each).
Bake 18-20 minutes until browned and cooked through (internal temp 74°C).
Warm marinara in a large pan, add meatballs, simmer 5 minutes to coat.
Cool completely, then portion into containers. Freezes up to 3 months.
