Instructions
Step 1
Put steak into the freezer while prepping your veggies so it's easier to slice into thin strips.
Once your veggies are done, thinly slice your steak against the grain.
Step 2
Heat oil over medium heat on a griddle or flat, heavy bottomed skillet and add in veggies. Salt and pepper to taste and cook veggies until soft, then remove.
Step 3
In the same pan, add a bit more oil if needed and add your steak. Spread out the pieces and leave them until they are mostly browned.
Step 4
When most of the pink is gone, season with salt and pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Saute to combine.
Step 5
Add your veggies back in.
Push everything to one side and top with provolone and queso Oaxaca.
If needed, put lid on/over to help the cheese melt.
Step 6
Other other side, add your bread with a bit of mayo to toast (mayo side down)
Step 7
Add a bit more mayo after toasting them, fill them with the meat and cheese, then add your toppings.
