1 lblean ground beef

1 Tbspolive oil

1 headgreen cabbage
chopped or thinly shredded
0.5red bell pepper
diced
0.5green bell pepper
diced
1 Tbspminced garlic
2 Tbsptomato paste
1 cupbeef bone broth
or chicken
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
1 tspsalt

Instructions
Step 1
Sauté the Aromatics: Heat the oil in a large deep skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the diced onion, bell peppers, and minced garlic. Cook for 5 minutes until soft.
Step 2
Brown the Meat: Add the ground beef to the skillet. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder, and Italian seasoning. Cook until the meat is fully browned.
Step 3
Build the Sauce: Stir in the tomato paste and cook for 1 minute to deepen the flavor. Pour in the bone broth and Worcestershire sauce, then mix in the optional cornstarch slurry if you want a thicker sauce. Bring to a gentle boil.
Step 4
Wilt the Cabbage: Add the chopped cabbage to the pan. It will look like too much, but it shrinks down quickly. Stir to coat the cabbage, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes until the cabbage reaches your preferred tenderness. Give it a final stir and serve warm.
