Step 2
Thicken: Once the milk is hot, lower the heat and slowly sprinkle in the semolina while stirring constantly (ideally with a whisk) to prevent lumps from forming.

Step 3
Cook: Cook over low heat, stirring continuously, for about 3 to 5 minutes until the porridge thickens and starts to bubble gently.
Step 4
Flavor: Remove from the heat, stir in the teaspoon of and honey, which will give the porridge a wonderfully creamy texture.
Step 5
Slightly cool: Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the porridge cool down slightly for 1 to 2 minutes. The protein powder must not be added to boiling-hot porridge, otherwise, it will clump and curdle.
Step 6
Mix in the protein: Add the vanilla protein powder (and a small splash of milk if the porridge is too thick) and whisk thoroughly until the texture is completely smooth and creamy.

Step 7
Serve: Pour into a deep plate, generously dust with sifted cocoa powder, and top with berries on the warm porridge.
