2celery stalks

4garlic cloves

1.5 bunchcollard greens
washed and stems removed
10 cupswater
1 tspcreole seasoning

onion powder
white pepper
chicken bouillon
½ tspsmoked paprika
2 Tbspapple cider vinegar
1 sprigthyme
1 stickbutter
Instructions
Step 1
Add everything to a Crock-Pot, include the soup mix seasoning packet. Ending with the greens on top, followed by the butter stick.
Step 2
Cook on LOW for 8 hours. *If you would rather use an Instant Pot use the soup setting on high for 30-35 minutes. I had one very large turkey leg so did an extra 5 minutes.
Step 3
Stir gently. Once cooked through, shred the turkey and add back to the soup. Enjoy!
I usually serve with cornbread.
