6 steps
Prep:10minCook:15min
Too many ripe bananas? Cookie time! To be honest, I sometimes overbuy bananas just to have the excuse to make these… 😋 These easy, tasty, healthy cookies are guaranteed to become one of your favorite recipes for overripe bananas! They are perfect as a quick breakfast on a busy morning, as a lunchbox desert or as a snack. The recipe makes 12 decent size cookies, or you can scoop them smaller and make more (cooking time should be shortened for smaller cookies).
