✨Easy Mongolian Beef and Noodles✨
1. Cook 1 pound of noodles. I used fettuccine pasta. You can use whatever you would like though. Reserve 1 1/2 cups of the pasta water.
2. Cook 1 1/2 pounds of ground beef and drain the grease. Add a couple cups of chopped broccoli. Cover and steam a couple minutes. Add 1 TBSP of minced garlic or use garlic powder. Season with pepper.
3. To a separate bowl add 3/4 cup of soy sauce, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 3 tablespoons of hoisin sauce, 2 teaspoons of ginger, and 1-2 teaspoons of red pepper flakes(if you like spice) and 2 tablespoons of corn starch. Mix this until well combined.
4. Add that mixture to your cooked beef.
5. Now take the 1 1/2 cups and pasta water and add it in. Set the heat to medium to high until it starts to boil. Then lower it and keep stirring.
6. Now add your pasta. Keep stirring until well blended. Your noodles and meat will soak up a lot of the sauce. Takes maybe 5 minutes.
7. Top with green onions and sesame seeds enjoy!!!
